Story
Knit-Lab Peru is a Peruvian textile and Fair Trade certified company specialized in custom knitwear development and manufacturing for fashion brands. We manage the full process: from sourcing and technical development to bulk production and quality control, ensuring consistent results at scale.

Our team combines technical developers and skilled artisans across key regions of Peru, working with industrial knitting and hand-finishing techniques to deliver reliable, export-ready production.

Virtual Knitwear Development: Validate Before Sampling
We offer 3D virtual knitwear development as an optional service within the sampling and pre-production workflow, enabling brands to validate design intent, garment fit, stitch structures, and construction details prior to physical sampling.
This methodology reduces the number of development iterations, optimizes yarn consumption, and enhances technical accuracy, facilitating a more controlled and efficient transition from sample approval to bulk production.
The service is also available as a standalone development stage.
